An interview with Fiona Rose Thomas

Week of Nov. 28

Senior Fiona Rose Thomas delivers the ball upfield on a indirect free kick. The varsity girls tied the Sept. 22, preseason game against Cleveland. (Kyeese Hollands)

Tell me how you would like people to remember you?

(Laughing) Positively. I want to be remembered as a good person who made a good impact.

Three adjectives you would want people to say about you?

Kind. (long pause) Smart… This is a hard question…

One more?

(laughing) funny

Tell me about the person who has had the greatest influence on your life and what lessons did they teach you?

My mom. She has taught me that you have to work for what you want and to give second chances and that you can do whatever or put your mind to.

What have you accomplished so far personally and professionally that makes you the proudest and why?

I have made Honor Roll and National Honor Society all the years possible; I play on a regionally ranked soccer team that travels and plays nationwide at a competitive level, which is pretty cool. I just feel like I’ve maintained and built good relationship with my family and friends, as much as I would hope.

Awesome thanks for answering these questions.

Thanks.
